Hi, Our robotic lab has already accurately designed a 3d model of our robot in Solidworks. I am trying to understand if there any direct transform or recommended procedure for transforming the already existing model (.stl) to MuJoCo other than recreating the model from scratch in MuJoCo. In solidworks particularly, a file can be saved in .3dxml format, but i have not yet discovered a way to transfer it from .3dxml to .xml readable format for MuJoCo. Any suggestions on how to approach this matter? Thank you, Nadav
I have found Solidworks to URDF exporter add on for solid - http://wiki.ros.org/sw_urdf_exporter Can you advise if it is a suggested good solution overall? considering URDF format
